We accept most insurances, but insurance is not required to become a member. Booking a consultation does not guarantee enrollment into the Platinum Concierge program. If you are approved, you will receive an email from David Brumbaugh, the primary care provider informing you of your account approval. Next, you will need to pay the initial account balance. Once payment has been completed in full, you will gain full access to your services. The annual fee will be due at the time of enrollment the following year.
